XetaBase 1.7.1 Release Notes

1. Improvements

The XetaBase 1.7.1 release is a part release for the 1.7.0 main release, we have been focussed on resolving some key issues that have been identified with the main release, helping us move towards providing a reliable and stable solution.

There were no new improvements added as part of the release, it was instead focused on resolving issues and bug fixes.

2. Bug Fixes:

There key bug fixes are:

  • Aligning the 1.7.0 release with all bug fixes made as part of the 1.6.2 patch release
  • Updating a dependency which caused the Enterprise OpenCGA to to use the wrong version of the http client
  • Enabling the Enterprise OpenCGA to access the correct secrets to complete installations automatically
  • Ensuring all configuration data is loaded at the correct time in the build process to stop any errors occurring
  • Correcting an issue which caused an authentication error as part of adding new code

3. Future Improvements:

Improvements which may come to future XetaBase updates include:

  • As the 1.7.0 release is not a long term support release there will be minimal changes expected to be made. However if we identify any important bug fixes we will apply these in a further patch.

Note: Planned improvements are for information purposes and may change subject to Zetta Genomics internal processes.
